If you're a student looking for a co-op that delivers real work, real projects, and real experience, then Maxwell Systems is the place!
Our co-op program immerses students in the Maxwell Systems organization. You'll be able to balance classroom theory with practical, hands-on experience prior to graduation, while building your resume with tangible achievements and examples of how you applied your learning while on-the-job.

- Valuable first-hand, on-the-job experience with your chosen career. You'll gain insight into your career field, make contacts with professionals in the technology industry, refine and clarify your career goals, and make strides ahead of other students who do not gain the depth of exposure that you will at Maxwell Systems.
- Personal mentoring and career counseling. A member of the Maxwell Systems team will be your personal mentor so you'll have the best possible experience with us and the co-op program.
- Meetings with executives to learn more about the business. You'll participate in informal meetings with Maxwell Systems executives located in the King of Prussia, PA office to find out how the business works, about the various departments across the company, and how you may grow your career with us.
- Coordination assistance for relocation and accommodations. For participating students who plan to make a temporary move to the King of Prussia, PA area, Maxwell Systems can assist with resource guidance for a host of issues, from securing an apartment to finding a good local restaurant or grocery store.
