Jim Flynn

Jim Flynn brings a wealth of experience to his role with Maxwell Systems, which he joined in 2002. He has more than 25 years of experience in all facets of managing the growth of technology-enabled companies. He is the former Founder of Naviant, Inc., an electronic registration, database, and email marketing firm that was merged with eDirect.com in late 2001. Flynn held a variety of roles in the corporation, including Executive Vice President of Business and Product Development, Director of Naviant Europe, Chief Operating Officer, and President/CEO. Flynn managed the corporation's growth from its roots as a consulting company to a robust product company with three principal product lines. While at Naviant, Flynn was successful in raising capital and conducting acquisitions and divestitures. He established joint ventures for expansion into Europe and grew the corporation from its inception to more than $40 million in sales. Prior to Naviant, Flynn held various executive positions at MRJ, Inc., a technology-consulting firm; General Electric; and the U.S. Army, where he served as an Infantry Officer. He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and lives in Newtown Square, PA with his wife Robin and three sons, Jay, Alex, and Matthew.
