King of Prussia, Pa. – March 24, 2009 – Maxwell Systems, Inc. today announced the release of Maxwell Systems ™ Estimating Sitework Database. This new product from Maxwell Systems allows sitework contractors to improve the speed and accuracy of estimating with various user-focused features.
- Comprehensive Updates – Ability to easily update pricing of materials, labor, and equipment using Global Updates (or contractors can update by material, by labor, or by item/one-at-a-time, for further functionality and ease of use).
- Fast Takeoff – Several list assemblies and optional visual assemblies can be used to expedite the takeoff process and improve the accuracy of taking off sitework items, such as asphalt/concrete paving, stand ups, curb and gutter, sidewalks, fire hydrants, several different types of trench takeoff with excavation quantities, etc. These assemblies are also populated with labor crews for further efficiency.
- Flexibility – Contractors may import existing databases to this database and vice versa.
- Quality – The quality of content is superior to other offerings in the marketplace, which delivers uncommon value for critical information contractors need to bid jobs for profit.
- Ease-of-use – Already coded for Maxwell Systems™ American Contractor™ and Maxwell Systems™ Management Suite™, the database allows for seamless integration with the company’s business management software solutions.
