- Management Suite’s exclusive multi-view dispatch/schedule board allows outstanding calls to be organized, formatted, and displayed by location, type, priority, assigned technicians, day and time, and more.
- Dispatching is quick and easy with “drag and drop” capability for moving incoming calls onto the calendar, scheduling arrival times, and assigning technicians.
- Send and receive work orders to and from the field through Service Management’s tightly integrated dispatch board. With the MaxService module, technicians in the field can create and edit tickets, collect signatures and more.
- Service Management meets the specific requirements of the service industry, including multiple and single-site contract coverage, blanket and individual contracts, and variable inclusion/exclusion options. This component also handles “billing on completion,” deferred revenue from prepaid contracts, automatic renewals, and profitability reporting.
- Identify customer equipment information and when maintenance should occur to automatically build equipment maintenance schedules under a contract or a T&M basis.
