ProContractorMX Modules
Subcontract Management
Contractors can use the Subcontract Management module to easily create subcontract documents and subcontract change orders and track items including commitment of pricing, scope of work, terms and conditions, change orders, and more.
ProContractorMX also makes it easy to ensure your subcontractors have liability, workers’ compensation, and correct bonding in force during jobs. Easily track and report on current status of insurance, for vendor overall and for a specific project. And track subcontractor licenses and expiration dates for complete peace of mind.
Using Subcontract Management, you can:
- Create and print a subcontract agreement to submit for subcontractor signature, while tracking purchases agreed to between a prime and subcontractor regarding scope of work to be performed on a project. Plus, streamline data entry and enjoy a single location to track all relevant data associated with each subcontract.
- Easily track subcontract change orders; and as invoices from subcontractors are entered into the system, ProContractorMX verifies that the change order amounts are correct.
- Automatically verify subcontractor bond information, important dates and related information for both subcontracts and specific projects.
- Track insurance certificate information with expiration dates. Manage the critical task of ensuring all subcontractors working on jobs have the required liability and workers’ compensation for the duration of project execution.
- Track subcontractor business licenses. The software verifies that this important information is current; plus, you can attach a copy of the license to the subcontract for easy access.
- Efficiently monitor the vendor billings against subcontracts, as well as the subcontractor-retention withheld. ProContractorMX ensures accuracy and seamless workflow by automatically transferring that subcontract information to accounting, so mistakes are not made when AP invoices are entered.
- Know project committed costs against budgets. See outstanding balances on subcontracts and purchase orders. Committed cost reporting is represented in project reports and charts available in ProContractorMX.
