StreetSmarts Modules
Contract Management
With the Contract Management module, businesses can efficiently and accurately manage job contracts.
Managing job contracts in an efficient manner requires precise recording of all billings and cost information. When a project is managed efficiently, there is less chance of problems and a greater likelihood of an informed, prompt response when a problem does occur. Maxwell Systems StreetSmarts Contract Management provides automated invoicing for projects stored in StreetSmarts Job Cost, including control over change orders or project extras to ensure they are properly billed.
Using Contract Management, you’ll appreciate these benefits:

- Pay estimates can be generated and adjusted many times for easy additions and corrections.
- Pay items, quantities and revenue budgets created in Job Cost can automatically set up the contract in the Contract Management module, eliminating errors and redundant data entry.
- Changes to budget amounts and quantities can be posted to Job Cost.
- Automatically handles backcharge codes such as owner paid insurance and bonds.
- Multiple Billing Tables may be defined for Time and Material projects.
- Easily track current, previous, and to-date quantities and dollar amounts.
