Proposals use familiar formats, are customizable to include the desired amount of detail, and can be tracked by project, client, estimator, likelihood of acceptance, bid date, and so forth. With a single click, items or assemblies, including 3-D Visual Assemblies, may be added to a bid. The module's Bid Day functionality allows the user to easily manipulate a proposal's price on the fly, which helps to maximize time and effort to compete on bid day. Contractors can breakdown estimates in various ways — by labor, by equipment, by materials, etc. — and then send proposals as needed. Filter and sort proposals by item types, phases, floor, division activity, and many other estimate level attributes.
